IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. Free Cancellation Period:

  • You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

2. Cancellation Fees:

  • If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental amount will apply.
  • If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total rental amount will apply.

3. No-Show Policy:

  • If you do not show up to collect the vehicle at the scheduled pick-up time and have not contacted us to cancel, a no-show fee of 100% of the total rental amount will apply.

4. How to Cancel:

  • To cancel your booking, please contact our customer service team directly.

5. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.

6. Modifications:

  • If you need to modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
